Academic Excellence in Aviation
The libraries at Spartan are geared toward an education in aviation with thousands of books and materials to support the school’s pilot, avionics, quality control and aviation technology programs. The library also catalogs professional journals, magazines, videos, CDs and DVDs and other various materials for student use.
Many of these materials can be accessed through networked computer catalogs and electronic databases. In addition, the libraries offer high levels of service to its patrons with access to special aviation indexes, directories of airports and online databases including national and international library holdings.
The libraries participate in the OK-Share card program with the State of Oklahoma linking all state academic institution libraries. A courtesy card is issued for each patron to utilize all participating libraries. Spartan Libraries provides Internet service to facilitate information sharing among the state's libraries through the use of the Statewide Online Catalog, and the online services EBSCOhost, FirstSearch, and SIRS Discoverer Deluxe.

- Students may take the FAA Private Pilot Written Practice Test
- Training in library usage, database retrieval, resume writing, and scholarship resources
- Children's books on aviation for students with children
